Burch Bridge Road Project

This residential subdivision is an embodiment of our commitment to providing affordable housing options in vibrant communities. The site was selected for its optimal location - a balance of peaceful, rural surroundings and proximity to the city's amenities.

 

Trinity, NC

Mendenhall Rd Subdivision

Our project is situated in Trinity, NC tucked just below Winston Salem and Greensboro. The development will be a combination of townhomes to the north and single-family houses to the south, divided by a gentle stream flowing through the middle of the property.

The land is located 13 min South of High Point University and 30 min North of the North Carolina Zoo. The land is located 27 minutes South from the Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)

 

Winston Salem, NC

Harvest Creek Subdivision

This two phase project will combine townhomes and single-family homes south of Winston Salem, NC. Located 30 min from the Greensboro International Airport (GSO), this neighborhood will be perfect starter homes for any new family or young adults.

Beyond Burch Bridge, we're actively pursuing potential development opportunities in areas such as Graham, Mebane, Sanford, Wendell, Smithfield, Selma, Greensboro, High Point, and Winston Salem. We're consistently leveraging our expertise to identify parcels of land that present unique opportunities for growth, community development, and the preservation of North Carolina's unique character.
